Please note that we cannot cover return shipping costs and take no responsibility for lost items in transit. We do not accept returns on sale items.

If for any reason you wish to return your Bean and Co Store items please get in contact within 10 days of purchase. All items must be unopened, unused and in undamaged condition to be accepted for a full refund or store credit.  

Damaged Goods - If you receive your item in a damaged or faulty condition please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will inform you of a return address and replace the item, give a store credit or full refund can be arranged.
